All Shared Web Hosting (Linux and Windows Plan Only) plans include a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with our service for any reason, you will receive a full refund (minus setup fees, domain registration and overage charges) if you cancel your account within 30 days of the activation of your account.

Our refund policy does not apply to any additional items or services; this includes but is not limited to Domain Parking services, Domain Registration, Dedicated Servers. No refunds are available after 30 days. In order to cancel service, you must contact MSWEB Network Billing Department, Monday through Friday, 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. GMT +8, at +632 7124313. Our Billing Department will assist you with the cancellation process. Please be aware that there are no pro-rated refunds after the first 30 days of service. International customers may contact MSWEB Network’s Billing Department via email at help@mswebnetwork.net

The 30 day money back guarantee does not apply to domain registration, domain forwarding, email forwarding, or any fees associated with these accounts. Registration is NOT refundable. Once you purchase your Domain Name, you are its owner and it can not be “returned” until the duration of the domain term has expired. The 30 day money back guarantee does not apply to account renewals.

Please note that accounts cancelled/terminated by MSWEB Network for violation of the Terms of Service does not qualify for the 30-day money back guarantee. For example, if your account is cancelled due to spamming, phishing and other illegal activities under the Philippine Law as well as the DCMA you will not be given any refund.

Please allow 4-6 weeks for refunds of check or money order payments.
